Day in and day out, the work you do makes an impact on our community — and we want to remind you we notice. That's why we're giving away a free Christmas light installation to a local first responder. Making your upcoming holiday season a little bit brighter is the least we can do to say thank you for everything you do.

Services By Bright - First Responders Christmas Light Installation Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
 

  • The contest is open to current/active first responders residing in the Springfield, Missouri metro area.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

  • Entrants must be nominated before entering the contest.

2. Nomination and Entry
 

  • To be nominated, the first responder's name must be tagged in a comment by a family member, friend, or other individual on the original Facebook post by Services By Bright.

  • Once nominated, Services By Bright will contact the nominee to gather necessary information to confirm eligibility and create a short profile.

  • Nominees must provide the required information and agree to the terms and conditions by 8/16/24 to enter the contest.

3. Voting Process

​

  • After confirming eligibility and creating profiles, Services By Bright will post all eligible nominees in a Facebook post on 8/23/24.

  • Facebook members can vote for their favorite first responder by liking their picture in the post.

  • The nominee with the most likes will win the free Christmas light service.

4. Prize
 

  • The winner will receive an all-inclusive temporary Christmas lighting service for the 2024 holiday season provided by Services By Bright.

  • Installation will occur in September and include the front of the home only.

  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.


5. Notification
 

  • The winner will be announced on Facebook on 8/30/24 and contacted directly by Services By Bright.

  • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, Services By Bright reserves the right to select the next nominee with the highest votes as the winner.


6. Privacy
 

  • By participating, nominees agree to have their name, photo, and profile information from the contest form used in connection with the contest and future promotions by Services By Bright.

  • Services By Bright will not share personal information with third parties without consent.


7. General Conditions
 

  • Services By Bright reserves the right to disqualify any nominee who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate behavior.

  • Services By Bright reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time for any reason without prior notice.

  • This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

  • By participating in this contest, entrants agree to release Facebook from any claims related to the contest.
